What kind of businesses do you work with?

Mostly UK small and mid-sized businesses that suspect AI could help but are not sure their data is ready. We work across sectors. The common thread is wanting practical results, not a science project.

Do we have to start with the audit?

Not always, but it is usually the cheapest way to avoid wasting money. The Data Foundations Audit tells you what is ready and what is not before you commit to a build. If your data is already in good shape, we can go straight to implementation.

How do you price your work?

Fixed price wherever possible, agreed before we start. Audits and projects are scoped up front. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer. No open-ended day rates and no surprise invoices.

What if AI is not the right answer for us?

We will tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is to fix a process or a spreadsheet first. We would rather keep your trust than sell you something that will not work.

Are we locked in once we start?

No. Everything we build is yours, documented so another team could pick it up. Managed services are month to month. You stay because it is working, not because you are stuck.
